Start planning for WSH SPIRIT DAYS!
These forms will go home with students this afternoon at Meet Your Teacher(s) or the first day of school, depending when we see them first. Thanks for supporting WSH and we can't wait to start 2026-2027 with you!
The pick-up car lines will work the same as last year, as well.
PreK dismisses at 2:15 and the line forms outside the gym.
K-6 dismiss at 2:45. Parents, please approach the school from the direction of Hwy 55 and wait until directed to come onto campus. The line will commence as soon as buses have a chance to load and leave campus. If you still have your name tag from last year, you won't need a new one. If you have lost yours or are new to the pick-up line, please let your child's homeroom teacher know you need one. This line typically moves quickly once everyone learns the process. Parents, we will load your children for you; you do not need to get out of your vehicle. Thanks for helping us keep everyone safe as we dismiss students each day!
Morning traffic for car riders will work the same way this year as it did last year. Parents may walk students to class the first week of school. If you choose to do that, please park on the PE field to keep the traffic flowing for those who wish to drop and go (as indicated on the map). Thank you for helping us with this!
If you have a preK student who needs to enroll at WSH, you have two weeks left before the first day of school!
Reminder to download the Covington County Schools app for the 2026-2027 school year --- You can keep up with CCS and WSH information with this app. Also, teachers will be utilizing it for classroom communication instead of the other apps used in the past (Remind, Dojo, etc.). Go ahead and download the app to start receiving information as school nears.
